What You'll Be Doing
As part of our MarTech India team, you will support the delivery of CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns across enterprise platforms. You will work closely with Campaign Managers and UK stakeholders to build, test, and deploy multi-channel journeys ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused, contributing to campaign implementation, QA, and optimisation across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to align CRM technology with business objectives, support end-to-end campaign management, and deliver personalised customer experiences that drive growth and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Build & Execution
Configure campaign journeys across platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Braze, Adobe Campaign, etc.)
Build segmentation logic, eligibility rules, and personalisation elements
Implement campaign briefs into build-ready workflows
Support end-to-end deployment processes
QA & Deployment Support
Execute structured QA checks across journeys and communications
Validate audience selection, content rendering, consent logic, and triggers
Support release governance and deployment tracking
Ensure compliance with data protection and internal governance standards
Data & Integration Support
Understand campaign data inputs including events, attributes, and preferences
Support troubleshooting of campaign logic and delivery issues
Work with data and platform teams to ensure correct integration points
Operational Excellence
Maintain documentation for campaign builds and reusable templates
Contribute to process improvements within campaign operations
Support migration projects through structured build and validation tasks
Skills
24 years hands-on experience with campaign management platforms (e.g., Braze, Bloomreach, Adobe Campaign, SFMC or similar).
Experience building multi-step journeys and segmentation logic.
Understanding of campaign lifecycle (brief build QA deploy report).
Familiarity with data concepts (events, attributes, consent logic, triggers),
Strong attention to detail and structured QA approach,
Ability to operate independently within defined workstreams.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, SMS, push notifications, in app messaging, and lifecycle marketing.
Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, logical approach to QA and campaign build processes.
Strong stakeholder communication skills, comfortable collaborating with UK and India delivery teams.
Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
Comfortable working within defined workstreams and processes.
Exposure to platform migrations is advantageous
Good understanding of compliance requirements (GDPR, PECR) and data governance in CRM operations.
Results oriented mindset with the ability to connect campaign activity to commercial and customer outcomes.
Strong time management and organisational skills within fast moving marketing environments.
