Campaign Operations Specialist II

We have an opportunity for a Campaign Operations Specialist II to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Manager, Campaign Operations. In this role, you will support our global marketing organization by setting up and executing campaigns in Marketo and collaborating with the team to ensure campaigns are well designed and deliver results. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with the best of the technical and thought leadership team at Infoblox—a company that allows you to thrive in a unique work environment where the emphasis is on career growth, excellence, and collaboration.     

Be a Contributor — What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with the campaign operations managers to understand and meet program requirements and objectives
  • Create programs in Marketo and SFDC, including campaign attributes and hierarchy structure, following our standard practices to ensure consistent reporting
  • Build targeted audience lists adhering to the company's privacy and touch governance policies
  • Standardize, cleanse, import, and verify dataflow for lists gathered from local events (tradeshows, seminars, etc.) and other sources
  • Provide thoughtful and actionable post-project reporting for stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and partner with Campaign Operations Managers to implement
  • Continually optimize existing campaign processes through modularization, templatization, and documentation of campaign components and assets
  • Assist marketers with audience segmentation, sizing, and list generation
  • Effectively communicate and manage your projects, timelines, processes, and results
  • Work US hours (6pm – 3am IST)

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of hands-on knowledge in Marketo and/or Salesforce.com
  • Has a good understanding of AI tools and agents and can have a conversation on AI development
  • Ability to work flexible shifts per business requirements
  • Passion for continuous improvement and learning, as well as for tracking and measuring the impact our marketing efforts have on the business
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in CS, CE, or EE required

Be Successful — Your Path

First 90 Days: 

  • Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work
  • Discuss and create short/long term goals

Six Months: 

  • Be familiar with the Infoblox MarTech stack and system integrations
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the MOPS platforms and processes
  • Exemplify Infoblox core values in everything you do

One Year: 

  • Independently execute both standard and custom program requests within the MOPS framework
  • Provide optimization recommendations based on working experience with people and systems
  • Be a key contributor to the success of Infoblox
