Join athenahealth as a Manager, Campaign Operations, where you will lead the strategic execution and optimization of marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This remote role is open to candidates based in India, including Bangalore (Whitefield), Chennai, and other remote locations across the country. You will report directly to the Marketing Senior Manager, Campaign Ops playing a pivotal role in enhancing campaign effectiveness and driving customer & prospect engagement through innovative marketing technology solutions.

Team Summary

The Marketing Automation Center of Excellence team is dedicated to driving the overall experience, optimization, and measurement of email activations. This includes creating automated and personalized nurture journeys for all known prospects and clients engaging with athenahealth across online channels such as inbound email activations, retargeting, and more. The team owns the attribution model and is responsible for defining and managing lead scoring, lead progression, and lead journeys. They also focus on intent marketing and conversational email strategies via ABM platforms like 6Sense. Additionally, the team leads A/B testing and personalization campaigns aligned with business goals and designs omni-channel customer experiences leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform components and tools. This role will expand on these responsibilities to ensure seamless campaign operations and continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.

Essential Job Responsibilities

. Support training programs and process initiatives to enhance team capabilities and campaign execution quality.

. Monitor industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to recommend innovative solutions for campaign optimization.

. Assist in the development of marketing reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.

. Participate in strategic planning sessions to align marketing campaigns with broader business goals.

. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on campaign operations and marketing technology usage.

. Contribute to documentation and standardization of campaign processes and best practices.

. Support ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives as needed.

Expected Education & Experience

. Bachelor's degree required a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's) is preferred.

. 8-10+ years of overall professional experience, including a minimum of 6+ years in marketing, preferably within healthcare or technology sectors serving the US market.

. Proven experience with marketing technology platforms and tools such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and PowerBI.

. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and training programs.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders, gather feedback, and drive consensus on process improvements.
