Role: Campaign Operations Analyst

About the job
- Manage the setup of digital advertising campaigns in IQVIA's advertising technology platform which is called the IQVIA Media Operating System (IMOS)
- Ensure digital advertising campaigns are quality checked, both new and change orders
- Conduct campaign budget quality checks
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve the best return on investment (ROI) while ensuring targets are met
- Routinely generate and analyze reports on campaign performance metrics to present findings to the IQVIA Digital Platform Services Team (internal stakeholders, client facing)
- Create comprehensive reports for clients and update them periodically (Weekly, Biweekly)
- Streamline operations using standardization and semi-automations wherever possible
- Support Platform Services Team on ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- A minimum of 1.6 years of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or a similar role is required
- Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies and platforms (i.e. ad serving platforms and/or demand side platforms like Xandr and Trade Desk)
- Proficient Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus
- Familiarity with data transformation tools like Alteryx is a plus
