We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Campaign Manager Ad
Operations to support and manage end-to-end digital advertising operations.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality campaign delivery while
acting as a key liaison between clients, onshore teams, and internal Ad
Operations resources.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM),
demonstrates operational excellence across campaign execution, reporting,
and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for onshore CM on campaign setup,
delivery status, and operational queries
- Proactively communicate campaign progress, risks and resolutions to
ensure transparency and trust
Ad Operations & Campaign Execution
- Oversee the setup, trafficking, and optimization of digital ad campaigns
in Google Ad Manager (GAM)
- Ensure accurate implementation of line items, creatives, targeting
parameters, and delivery requirements
- Oversee campaign pacing, impressions, CTR, and delivery health; initiate
optimizations as required
- Produce and validate performance and delivery reports for client and
internal review
