Campaign Manager

We're hiring Campaign Manager (34 Years Experience)

Location: Bangalore | Full-time

We're looking for a Campaign Manager who's hands-on with MoEngage, WebEngage, Klaviyo, Clevertap or similar tools.

Someone who loves building omni-channel journeys that drive activation, retention & revenue across Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp & In-App.

What you'll do:

• Plan & execute automated and one-time campaigns.
• Build cohorts & customer journeys for lifecycle marketing.
• Optimize funnels and track campaign performance (GA4, Excel, dashboards).
• Work on segmentation, personalization, and automation logic.

Must-have skills:

34 years of experience in CRM / Lifecycle Marketing / Automation.

Hands-on with MoEngage / WebEngage / Klaviyo / Clevertap.

Strong in segmentation, funnel analytics & retention metrics.

Basic HTML knowledge for email templates & personalization.

Good to have:

Experience in eCommerce, D2C, Fintech or App-led businesses.

Familiar with SQL / CDP tools (Segment, Tealium, CleverTap).
