About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Campaign Delivery Manager to oversee the execution, optimization, and performance of mobile user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely and high-quality campaign delivery for performance-driven clients in various verticals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end execution of mobile marketing campaigns across DSPs, affiliate networks, ad exchanges, and media partners
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (BD, Tech, Creative) to ensure accurate campaign setup, targeting, and tracking
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance against KPIs like CPI, CPA, CTR, and retention
- Troubleshoot tracking issues (MMPs like Appsflyer, Adjust) and ensure smooth attribution
- Handle day-to-day client communication on pacing, delivery, creatives, and reporting
- Ensure timely reporting and insights to internal stakeholders and clients
- Maintain documentation, campaign trackers, and weekly summaries
- Stay updated with mobile trends, publisher inventories, ad fraud patterns, and industry tools
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 13 years of experience in mobile campaign management/delivery, preferably in a digital agency, ad network, or MMP-integrated environment
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, etc.)
- Working knowledge of mobile attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch)
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms, DSPs, and ad ops workflows
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboard/reporting tools
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:- Experience working with verticals like Gaming, Fintech, or eCommerce
- Exposure to programmatic buying or media buying across global markets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
