The Impact You'll Drive

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of end-to-end web campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, media, and design teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and on-brand.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, tracking KPIs such as traffic, conversions, CTR, ROI, and engagement.
  • Optimize campaigns in real time, making agile decisions backed by data.
  • Develop campaign calendars and ensure flawless execution across multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring objectives are met while proactively suggesting improvements.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategies and identify opportunities.
  • Create post-campaign performance decks and insights reports for leadership and client presentations.
  • Implement rigorous A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and funnels to maximize results.
  • Partner with analysts to turn campaign data into actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure campaign budgets are efficiently managed and utilized for maximum ROI.
  • Experiment with GenAI-powered tools for campaign optimization — from predictive targeting and automated bidding to creative personalization

The Skills That Seal the Deal

  • 4–5 years of experience in digital campaign management, preferably in an agency or web-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools for audience insights, automated reporting, and campaign creative iteration.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Programmatic DSPs).
  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio) and campaign tracking systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to turn performance metrics into meaningful actions.
  • Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams and present to clients.
  • Experience in budget planning and ROI-driven campaign execution.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, always-on environment.
