Job Description

CRM Campaign Manager

Purpose: Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns with technical precision, ensuring seamless delivery of personalized communications across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy email, push, SMS, and in-app campaigns in marketing automation platforms
  • Create dynamic content blocks, templates, and personalization logic
  • Implement segmentation queries and audience selection criteria
  • Set up A/B tests, control groups, and campaign measurement frameworks
  • QA campaigns across devices, clients, and markets before deployment
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and optimize technical performance
  • Maintain campaign calendar and coordinate with lifecycle marketing teams
  • Document technical processes and maintain campaign build standards

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience building campaigns in enterprise marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, etc.)
  • Proficiency with HTML/CSS for email and in-app messaging
  • Knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and data queries
  • Understanding of personalization engines and dynamic content
  • Detail-oriented with strong QA and testing mindset
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience with AMPscript, Liquid, or similar templating languages beneficial
