CRM Campaign Manager
Purpose: Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns with technical precision, ensuring seamless delivery of personalized communications across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy email, push, SMS, and in-app campaigns in marketing automation platforms
- Create dynamic content blocks, templates, and personalization logic
- Implement segmentation queries and audience selection criteria
- Set up A/B tests, control groups, and campaign measurement frameworks
- QA campaigns across devices, clients, and markets before deployment
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and optimize technical performance
- Maintain campaign calendar and coordinate with lifecycle marketing teams
- Document technical processes and maintain campaign build standards
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience building campaigns in enterprise marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, etc.)
- Proficiency with HTML/CSS for email and in-app messaging
- Knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and data queries
- Understanding of personalization engines and dynamic content
- Detail-oriented with strong QA and testing mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with AMPscript, Liquid, or similar templating languages beneficial
