Role Overview

We're looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Campaign Manager with hands-on experience in Beeswax DSP and CTV advertising to support the execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns, with a strong focus on Connected TV inventory.

This role is responsible for end-to-end campaign management, including setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting. You will act as the primary point of contact for campaign performance, working closely with Product to ensure campaigns meet client goals. Strong experience in Beeswax, along with solid analytical and troubleshooting skills, is essential to ensure efficient campaign delivery and adherence to programmatic and CTV best practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of CTV programmatic campaigns using Beeswax DSP, including setup, launch, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  • Configure campaign settings such as targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, budgets, and inventory sources to ensure campaigns align with client and analyst goals.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance metrics, making timely optimizations to improve CPI, CPA, and overall campaign performance.
  • Adjust bids, targeting parameters, inventory sources, and creative rotations to maximize efficiency and scale.
  • Ensure campaigns launch on schedule and meet internal quality standards before going live.
  • Validate tracking setups and attribution parameters to ensure accurate campaign measurement and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, or performance issues and coordinate with internal teams when required.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and performance tracking across internal dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Share performance insights and optimization recommendations with Analysts and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Analytics, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and operational accuracy.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and operational processes.

Required Skills / Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Programmatic Ad Operations, with strong hands-on experience in DSP platforms, preferably Beeswax.
  • Solid understanding of CTV and programmatic campaign setup, delivery, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities
  • Good understanding of tracking, attribution logic, and MMP integrations.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with high attention to detail and operational accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Interest in staying updated on programmatic advertising trends, DSP tools, and campaign optimization best practices.
