What You'll Be Doing

As part of our MarTech India team, you will develop in-depth knowledge of our tools, processes, and specific implementations for several clients. You will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of CRM strategies, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns.

This role involves working hands-on to implement CRM solutions, optimise processes, and leverage data insights to enhance customer engagement and retention. As a Campaign Manager, you will own end-to-end campaign workstreams including design coordination, migration execution oversight, and stakeholder alignment across UK & India teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to align CRM technology with business objectives, support end-to-end campaign management, and deliver personalised customer experiences that drive growth and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Workstream Ownership

Own defined MarTech delivery workstreams across migration and implementation projects

Translate strategy and solution design into executable build plans

Act as primary implementation lead for assigned accounts

Technical Implementation

Configure complex campaign journeys across platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Braze, etc.)

Support data model interpretation and integration requirements

Ensure eligibility logic, segmentation, consent logic, and deployment flows are technically sound

Identify delivery risks early and propose mitigation

Migration Delivery

Support legacy-to-modern platform migrations

Own testing, QA frameworks, and deployment governance

Standardise reusable implementation patterns

Stakeholder Interface

Work closely with UK-based Programme and Project Leads

Contribute to client-facing technical discussions where required

Provide implementation updates and delivery visibility

Capability Development

Mentor Campaign Specialists

Contribute to internal delivery templates and best practices

Support onboarding and training initiatives

Skills

4 6 years of hands-on experience with campaign management platforms (e.g., Braze, Bloomreach, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).

Strong expertise building complex, multi step customer journeys with personalisation and advanced segmentation.

Ability to interpret campaign briefs, translate business objectives into build-ready journey designs and execution plans, and challenge requirements where needed.

Understanding of data flows and key campaign integration points (events, attributes, consent, preference, delivery rules)

Exposure to platform migrations and structured QA/deployment processes is preferred

Ability to operate independently within defined workstreams

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, SMS, push notifications, in app messaging, and lifecycle marketing.

Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, logical approach to QA and campaign build processes.

Strong stakeholder communication skills, comfortable collaborating with UK and India delivery teams.

Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of delivery.

Experience mentoring or supporting junior campaign specialists within defined delivery frameworks.

Good understanding of compliance requirements (GDPR, PECR) and data governance in CRM operations.

Results oriented mindset with the ability to connect campaign activity to commercial and customer outcomes.

Strong time management and organisational skills within fast moving marketing environments.
