Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven campaign manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media platforms and Google Ads. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on platform expertise, and the ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals (Leads, Sales, App Installs, traffic, and Awareness)
- Translate media plans into platform-level execution
- Define audience segmentation, funnel strategy, and budget allocation
Campaign Setup & Execution
- Launch and manage campaigns across:
- Meta Platforms Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Other platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok (if applicable)
- Ensure proper campaign structure, naming conventions, and tracking setup
- Implement pixels, conversion tracking, and event mapping
Optimization & Performance Management
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Scale high-performing campaigns and troubleshoot underperforming ones
