Define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with product managers and sales teams to ensure campaigns effectively address customer needs and market opportunities.
Execution & Management
Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, content creation, webinars, and industry events.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor and analyze campaign performance across various channels, using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables) to analyze and visualize campaign data, and create detailed reports.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve desired results.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to stakeholders and senior management.
Market Research & Insights
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the CPaaS industry.
Use market insights to refine campaign strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results effectively to internal teams and external partners.
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with customer engagement and retention strategies.
MIS Reporting
Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to track and manage campaign performance and metrics.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the technology or CPaaS industry..
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other data analysis functions.
Experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) for reporting and performance tracking.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Social media, and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
