About The Role
The Campaign Development Manager will drive the end-to-end execution of outbound sales campaigns, ensuring high-quality lead generation and effective distribution. This role works closely with Inside Sales and Marketing teams to align targeting, messaging, and campaign strategy, while also leading a team of CDRs (Market Research Analysts). Success is measured by pipeline quality, campaign performance, and data-driven improvements that enhance conversion rates and sales efficiency.

What You Will Do
- Manage and prioritize target account lists based on business potential and campaign goals
- Conduct research to maintain updated account and decision-maker intelligence
- Lead and manage a team of CDRs (Market Research Analysts), ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to campaign objectives
- Mentor and guide the team on account research, data quality, and campaign alignment
- Build and maintain a high-quality database of decision-makers across target industries
- Leverage tools like ZoomInfo, Seamless.AI, and LinkedIn for data sourcing and enrichment
- Allocate leads to BDR/SDRs and Account Executives based on defined rules and capacity
- Track lead distribution and ensure optimal utilization across teams
- Plan and execute outbound campaigns including email, calls, and multi-touch sequences
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, messaging, and execution
- Build reports and dashboards to track pipeline, conversions, and campaign ROI
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and inventory effectiveness
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on GTM initiatives and campaign strategies
- Provide actionable insights on pipeline health, campaign performance, and account coverage
What We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of B2B campaign strategy, ICP definition, and outreach models
- Experience in contact sourcing and data enrichment using tools like ZoomInfo and Seamless.AI
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) for lead and pipeline management
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
- Experience in team handling or leading research/operations teams (preferred)
- Good understanding of decision-maker hierarchies across IT, HR, L&D, and Engineering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in campaign development, lead generation, sales operations, or inside sales support
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, EdTech, or IT training industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and prospecting platforms
