Role Description
This part-time role, based in Bengaluru is for a Camp Director at Novo Learning Pvt Ltd. The Camp Director will oversee the successful execution of Novo Camps, ensuring high-quality programming and a safe, engaging environment for children. Responsibilities include team management, developing and implementing camp activities, working closely with children to promote personal growth, and maintaining communication with parents for feedback and support. The Camp Director will also be responsible for managing operational logistics and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in theatre is a must
- Experience in camp management and youth development, with a proven ability to plan and execute programs effectively would be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust and rapport with children, parents, and staff members.
- Expertise in working with children and a deep understanding of their developmental needs and behavioral management strategies.
- Customer service skills to ensure parent and participant satisfaction and manage feedback professionally.
- A passion for creating safe, inclusive, and joyful environments for children to learn and grow.
- Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide staff effectively.
- A degree or certification in education, child development, or a related field is beneficial.
- First aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
