Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cambridge - HRTs (Early Years & Primary) position located in Mokila Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include designing and implementing lesson plans in accordance with the Cambridge curriculum, fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment, supporting student learning and development, and conducting assessments to evaluate student progress. The candidate will also collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the educational needs of all students are met.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching skills with expertise in early years and primary education
• In-depth knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and instructional methodologies
• Ability to design creative lesson plans and use diverse teaching techniques
• Proficiency in classroom management, student engagement, and behavioral strategies
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team
• Proven expertise in assessing student progress and deriving actionable insights for improvement
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field, and Cambridge teaching certification
• Experience in an international school setting is an advantage
