CAM/ Sr. Corporate Agency Manager - Banca Channel

Front Line Sales (FLS) position in HDFC Life is a Individual Contributor position in Sourcing Role who is expected to achieve the Business Deliverables for the mapped channel partners through professional and engaging relationship and gain mind share.

Location: Jaipur, Kota, Ajmer, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Nagaur, Bikaner, Sawai Madhopur, Sikar, Tonk... All across Rajasthan.

Role & responsibilities

• It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned geography to meet channel partner teams and customers.
• You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.
• You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.
• HDFC Life believes in technology driven sales and you will learn new technology/Mobility enhancements, to comply with the Sales Management Process.
• As a business professional you will be uphold organizational values in every action and ensure business ethics and integrity. You are expected to be compliant to regulatory and statutory regulations.

Critical to Quality (CTQ) Criteria for the profile:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate
• Age: 21 to 38 yrs
• Sales Experience

3 years for Sr. CAM (Minimum 2 years of Insurance)

• One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills and a go-getter attitude.
• One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets as it is field sales job.
