About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Calling Travel Sales Associate who is passionate about both sales and creating meaningful experiences. You will be the bridge between our senior members and their dream vacations. As an early-stage team member, you will play a crucial role in scaling our travel vertical across India.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Convert high-intent inbound travel leads into bookings for our curated senior trips.
  • Consultative Sales: Deeply understand the safety and comfort needs of seniors to recommend the right travel packages.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with our family members to encourage repeat travel and referrals.
  • Itinerary Planning: Collaborate with the operations team to communicate and refine travel plans effectively.
  • Startup Growth: Provide insights to help us scale our travel offerings and improve the member experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 1-2 year in travel sales (B2C experience is a major plus).
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi with a patient and respectful tone.
  • Empathy: A genuine desire to help seniors. Patience is our most important core value.
  • Hustle: A get-it-done attitude suitable for a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a focus on value-based selling rather than just discounting.
