Who should apply
We are not looking for casual players or general content writers. We are looking for people deeply immersed in games, puzzles, and structured thinking traditions, especially within the Indian cultural context.
You should meet most of the following:
- Native fluency in Kannada (reading and writing)
- Strong command of English (to understand tasks and evaluate AI outputs)
- Proven experience or deep expertise in non-digital games and puzzles, such as:
- Ashta Chamma
- Dayakattam
- Chenne Mane (mancala-style game)
- logic puzzles and strategy games
- Puzzle solving (Sudoku, logic grids, riddles, brain teasers, etc.)
- Puzzle creation and design (constructing original puzzles or challenges)
- Running puzzle clubs, learning circles, workshops, or community groups
- Deep understanding of reasoning patterns and problem-solving strategies
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
- No formal degree required. What matters is your depth of engagement and credibility in this domain.
Your Role
- Design challenging prompts in Kannada based on puzzles, logic, and structured thinking
- Evaluate AI outputs for logical correctness, clarity, and depth of reasoning
- Identify weak reasoning, flawed logic, or superficial responses
- Help improve how AI handles complex problem-solving and reasoning tasks
- Collaborate with a global team shaping how AI understands logic and cognition
