Job Description

Job Title: Call Executive/Sales(Commercial)/Sales(Residential)

Department/Group: Sales / Customer Support

Level/Salary Range: Industry Standards

Call Executive Role and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Satya Solar products
  • Generate and qualify leads based on customer needs and readiness
  • Answer customer queries on solar solutions, pricing, and benefits
  • Schedule appointments and site visits for sales teams
  • Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to improve conversions
  • Coordinate with sales and operations for smooth lead handover
  • Ensure script adherence, DND compliance, and call quality
  • Achieve daily call targets and lead conversion KPIs

Sales Role and Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and develop C&I clients (industrial parks, corporates, developers, institutions)
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Conduct site assessments and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and tender responses
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, CAPEX/OPEX/PPA models, and ROI analyses
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and operations teams for technical alignment
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Develop and manage channel partners, EPCs, distributors, and consultants
  • Liaise with banks and financial institutions for customer financing and approvals
  • Track market trends, competition, and regulatory policies (net metering, OA, subsidies)
  • Participate in industry events, tenders, and government programs (KUSUM, C&I schemes)
  • Manage CRM pipeline, sales forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to ensure profitability
  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams to finalize contracts and manage risk
  • Ensure smooth post-sales handover to project delivery and service teams
