Call Executive Role and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Satya Solar products
- Generate and qualify leads based on customer needs and readiness
- Answer customer queries on solar solutions, pricing, and benefits
- Schedule appointments and site visits for sales teams
- Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve conversions
- Coordinate with sales and operations for smooth lead handover
- Ensure script adherence, DND compliance, and call quality
- Achieve daily call targets and lead conversion KPIs
Sales Role and Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and develop C&I clients (industrial parks, corporates, developers, institutions)
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Conduct site assessments and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and tender responses
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, CAPEX/OPEX/PPA models, and ROI analyses
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and operations teams for technical alignment
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Develop and manage channel partners, EPCs, distributors, and consultants
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for customer financing and approvals
- Track market trends, competition, and regulatory policies (net metering, OA, subsidies)
- Participate in industry events, tenders, and government programs (KUSUM, C&I schemes)
- Manage CRM pipeline, sales forecasting, and performance reporting
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to ensure profitability
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams to finalize contracts and manage risk
- Ensure smooth post-sales handover to project delivery and service teams
