Role Description

This is a contract Caller role based onsite in West Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for communicating with clients, addressing inquiries regarding services offered, scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments, and collecting customer feedback. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate call logs, providing information about service updates, and assisting customers with any concerns related to their leather items. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous phone demeanor
• Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and maintain detailed call logs
• Ability to multitask and address customer inquiries effectively
• Problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Proficiency in basic computer usage and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
• A proactive approach to customer satisfaction and a commitment to upholding the values of sustainable luxury
• Salary ranage will be 15000 to 20000 per month.
