Caller

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Caller, based in Udaipur. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and responding to customer queries professionally. The role includes generating leads, providing information about Nivor Tech's products and services, and scheduling follow-ups where necessary. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service and contribute to the company's growth by building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Effective communication skills, including fluency in English and Hindi
• Interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage with customers professionally
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is an advantage
