Role Description

We are hiring Tele Calling and Sales professionals to join our team at our Chitlapakkam office in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate sales leads

Explain and promote our training programs and services

Qualify leads and schedule consultations for our training courses

Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and sales targets

Maintain detailed records of all client interactions

Follow up with interested prospects

Provide information about our CCNA, CCNP, AWS, and other certification programs

Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously

Qualifications:

Strong communication and listening skills

Sales experience or telecalling background is preferred

Proficiency in English is mandatory

Ability to work in a team environment

Good organizational and time management skills

Comfortable working with CRM tools and databases

Target-oriented mindset with ability to meet sales goals
