Mediglo is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Fresher Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, calling potential leads, booking appointments, following up with clients, and providing information about our aesthetic and wellness services.

This role is ideal for freshers who have excellent communication skills and are interested in building a career in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to aesthetic and wellness treatments.
• Explain clinic services, offers, and appointment procedures to clients.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
• Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into appointments.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient management.
• Build positive relationships with patients and ensure a great customer experience.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling patient information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
• Confident speaking and convincing ability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
