Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Caller role based in Ahmedabad. The Caller will handle day-to-day customer and client communication, manage inbound and outbound calls, provide information about Dronelab's solutions, and effectively resolve queries. Responsibilities include maintaining records of interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, following up on leads, and enhancing customer retention through professional communication and support. Active collaboration with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth operations is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in customer service techniques and telephone etiquette
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to document conversations accurately & operate portal for lead follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of drone technology or experience in tech-enabled services is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar caller or customer service role is preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; a bachelor's degree is a bonus
