Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Caller role based in Chennai. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our products and services, and identifying potential business opportunities. The role also includes addressing customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Should know Tamil, English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in handling customer interactions, queries, and follow-ups
• Ability to work with CRM tools and manage customer data efficiently
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Basic understanding of water treatment systems or industrial solutions is a plus
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a bachelor's degree are advantageous
