Recording Issues resolutions
Call recording & Quality Management rules ingestion, mapping with ACD's, integrating with Kinesis streams etc.
Compliance Management (Like PCI/DSS point of view)
Cross Skills : Calibrio, NICE voice recorder Admin knowldege, Trouble shooting of the same.
