This is a full-time role for a Quality specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of leads, sales calls, site visit processes, and overall customer interactions. The role focuses on ensuring high standards in lead handling, CRM updates, sales communication, and compliance with company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Audit inbound and outbound sales calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and CRM entries
Evaluate lead quality from digital campaigns such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, portals, and referrals
Ensure proper follow-ups, accurate data entry, and timely updates in CRM system
Identify gaps in sales communication, scripts, and objection handling
Share detailed quality reports with the sales and marketing teams
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve conversion rates
Track lead leakage, duplication, and misreporting issues
Support training teams with insights for improving sales performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in real estate sales, CRM, or quality analysis
Good communication and listening skills
Attention to detail and analytical mindset
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (LSQ, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar real estate CRM)
Knowledge of call auditing and quality parameters
Ability to create clear reports and performance dashboards
Qualifications:
Graduates/Post Graduates.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience is a plus
