We are looking for: Call Quality Analyst Cum Trainer

Responsibilities and Duties:

Audit counselling calls and chats; maintain QA scorecards

Provide structured feedback, coaching, and manage call disputes

Conduct new joiner training and refresher training programs

Train counsellors on courses, admissions processes, soft skills, and conversion techniques

Analyze QA data and share performance and quality reports

Support operations during peak admission periods

Key Requirements

Proven experience in BPO Quality Assurance and Training

Strong communication, coaching, and feedback skills

Knowledge of education counselling or inside sales

Reporting and data analysis capabilities
