Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Call Executive. The Call Executive will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product and service information. They will maintain customer records, follow-up on inquiries, and work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves scheduling appointments, sharing updates about solar products and services, and assisting in achieving sales and service goals.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Hindi and English.
  • Ability to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate product/service information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining customer records and coordinating with the team.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and relevant CRM tools is a plus.
  • An understanding of renewable energy solutions
