We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Centre Executive to join our team in Egmore, Chennai. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who are eager to start their career in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers and provide assistance as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Provide product and service information to customers to help them make informed decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets set by the management.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Good in MS Ofice familiar using excel
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
