Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of Call Centre BPO in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their careers in customer service and business process outsourcing. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions through calls, ensuring their inquiries are resolved and their experience is positive.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Document all customer interactions in the database for future reference.
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and improve service delivery.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
