This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for a Call Center Talent Hunter. The Talent Hunter will focus on identifying, sourcing, and recruiting skilled call center professionals to meet organizational demands. Daily tasks include managing recruitment cycles, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The role also involves utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract top talent and updating recruitment reports to ensure a seamless hiring process.

• Expertise in Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and candidate selection processes
• Strong understanding of call center operations, workforce requirements, and call center skillsets
• Proficiency in structuring and conducting interviews, assessing candidates qualifications, and decision-making
• Experience with recruitment tools, CRM software, and job portals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Relevant experience in human resources or recruitment; a background in high-volume hiring is a plus
