Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge about products and services.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
