Job Description:

Zenia Mobile is looking for a Calling Executive / Business Development Executive with 1 - 3 yrs exp, who can do calling through CRM, connect with potential clients, explain our software and IT services, and bring interested prospects onto meetings with our team.

This role is ideal for someone who has effective communication skills, confidence in speaking with business owners or decision-makers, and some prior calling or sales experience. Experience in IT services, software sales, CRM calling, or lead generation will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential leads through CRM and other provided databases
  • Introduce Zenia Mobile's services including ERP software, web development, web applications, and mobile app development
  • Understand client requirements at a basic level
  • Convince interested prospects to schedule meetings with our team
  • Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper call notes in CRM
  • Coordinate with internal team for qualified leads and meeting setup
  • Help generate new business opportunities through calling and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Strong and effective communication skills are a must
  • Any prior calling, telesales, telecalling, lead generation, or business development experience will be preferred
  • Comfortable speaking with clients professionally
  • Basic understanding of software, websites, mobile apps, or ERP solutions is a plus
  • Ability to do regular follow-ups and handle lead conversations confidently
  • Self-motivated and serious about sales growth

Experience:-

1 - 3 Yrs Experince

Salary:

15,000 20,000 per month + INCENTIVES

(Depending on communication skills and experience)
