Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to US customers as per assigned campaigns
  • Understand customer needs and effectively pitch products/services
  • Handle objections confidently and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and targets
  • Update customer details and call outcomes accurately in CRM systems
  • Follow company policies, scripts, and SOPs

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Undergraduate/Graduate qualification
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in an international call center (US market preferred)
  • Mandatory outbound sales experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
