Role Overview:
We are seeking a Call Center Operations Specialist to join our team at PhysicsWallah Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, optimizing the dialer systems, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will play a key role in ensuring that students and parents receive the support and information they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage dialer systems for effective call handling.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing queries, providing information, and resolving issues.
- Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately and follow-up actions are taken when necessary.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets, ensuring optimal call management and lead conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and effective service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with call handling protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular feedback to improve call center operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in call center operations or a related field.
- Proficiency in operating dialer systems and CRM tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer queries efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working full-time on-site (Delhi) with a 6-day work week.
