Location: PhysicsWallah, Delhi

Type: Full-Time, 6 Days a Week (On-site, Work From Office)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Call Center Operations Specialist to join our team at PhysicsWallah Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, optimizing the dialer systems, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will play a key role in ensuring that students and parents receive the support and information they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage dialer systems for effective call handling.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing queries, providing information, and resolving issues.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately and follow-up actions are taken when necessary.
  • Meet daily and weekly call targets, ensuring optimal call management and lead conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and effective service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with call handling protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular feedback to improve call center operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in call center operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in operating dialer systems and CRM tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer queries efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working full-time on-site (Delhi) with a 6-day work week.
