Job Description

Job Title: Call Audit / Quality Analyst

Company: QHT Clinic

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Remote

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Call Auditing / Quality Analysis

Work Schedule

  • 9-hour shift
  • 6 working days per week

Job Responsibilities

  • Audit recorded inbound and outbound calls for quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Evaluate communication skills, call flow, and adherence to SOPs
  • Provide constructive feedback to calling teams for performance improvement
  • Maintain audit reports and quality documentation
  • Identify gaps, trends, and areas for process improvement
  • Ensure high standards of patient experience and service quality

Requirements

  • Personal laptop is mandatory
  • Quiet and dedicated workspace at home
  • Strong listening, analytical, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of call quality parameters and reporting tools
  • Healthcare or clinic background is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare, clinics, or service-based industries
  • Familiarity with QA scorecards and call monitoring tools
