Job Responsibilities
- Audit recorded inbound and outbound calls for quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Evaluate communication skills, call flow, and adherence to SOPs
- Provide constructive feedback to calling teams for performance improvement
- Maintain audit reports and quality documentation
- Identify gaps, trends, and areas for process improvement
- Ensure high standards of patient experience and service quality
Requirements
- Personal laptop is mandatory
- Quiet and dedicated workspace at home
- Strong listening, analytical, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of call quality parameters and reporting tools
- Healthcare or clinic background is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, clinics, or service-based industries
