Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for Teachers catering to primary and secondary education, located in Chennai. Teachers will conduct and plan lessons, create and implement inclusive curriculum development, assess student progress, and foster a positive, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment. The role involves mentoring and supporting students academic and personal growth, encouraging creativity, and promoting values that inspire them to become purposeful global citizens.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Teaching and Elementary Education, with a strong ability to engage and motivate students.
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development to design and deliver effective lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful student-teacher relationships and collaboration with staff and parents.
- Formal training or degree in Education or a related field, showcasing deep knowledge in pedagogy and subject matter expertise.
