We are seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time, on-site Cafe Waitress role at our Pune location. The responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting with food and beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer. The role also involves effectively communicating with team members and customers to uphold our values of quality service and hospitality.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a positive and welcoming experience for every guest
- Experience or knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations
- Basic Cooking skills are an advantage for assisting with food preparation, if required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- A passion for coffee and creating meaningful customer experiences is highly valued
- Prior experience in a cafe or food service environment is a plus
