Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Shift Supervisor at MadBom. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities will include supervising and training employees, managing schedules, resolving customer concerns, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting the seamless operation of the outlet. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including supervising staff and coordinating work schedules
• Customer service and communication skills to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively
• Organizational and time management abilities to ensure smooth daily operations
• Basic understanding of inventory management and quality control
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines in the food service industry
• Previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Ready to travel to cafe and Container site
• Hospitality experience is must
