Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff.
Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Customer Service:
Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly atmosphere.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, including cost control measures.
Track sales, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Implement pricing strategies in coordination with senior management.
Menu Development:
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop and update the cafe menu.
Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate popular items into the menu.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Coordinate promotions, events, and partnerships to increase cafe visibility.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Stay informed about licensing requirements and ensure the cafe operates within legal guidelines.
Administrative Tasks:

Qualifications:
