Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Cafe Manager located on-site in New Delhi. The Cafe Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, handling food and beverage preparations, maintaining hygiene standards, and meeting sales targets. The Cafe Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, scheduling, and creating a welcoming environment for all customers.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service management
- Sales skills and experience in meeting sales targets
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
- Previous experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field is preferred
