Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. The Cafe Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations and prepare high-quality food items that complement our specialty beverages. Responsibilities include menu preparation, maintaining food quality and safety standards, collaborating with staff to deliver a seamless customer dining experience, managing food inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. A strong focus on creating innovative dishes aligned with the cafs brand ethos is key to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Food & Beverage preparation and Food Service management.
• Proven experience with Customer Service and fostering a positive guest experience.
• Effective Communication and teamwork capabilities to coordinate with staff and customers.
• Sales skills to recommend menu options and contribute to business growth.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and standards; culinary certification or degree is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, on-site, and team-oriented caf environment.
• Passion for culinary creativity and commitment to quality and excellence.
