Perform Input study & Prepare queries on Cad/BOM/NGD/Material/Connections etc.
Apply BOM and applicable FE mechanisms/functions in the Safety models.
Perform de-penetration/intersection within the model & with other models.
Prepare the sub system model connections (Spot, Seam, adhesives, joints, Bolts),Contact Interfaces, Database history and runnable analytical assemblies with required deck info.
Able to review the Safety models using standard check sheet & set process.
Able to perform debug & fix the errors in the models for ls dyna.
Good communication skills and experience with MS office excel and PowerPoint to present data.
Experience in tools like HM,ANSA, Hyper crash, Primer, Team center, Hyper works and Solvers like LsDyna/Radioss.
Team Center & radios debug knowledge are additional requirement & preferable.
