This Job will play a key role in developing FEA models to accelerate product development and verification. Individuals has to apply modelling skills, basic materials knowledge, connection skills, and best practices to support the team on building a quality model to meet the pre-defined CAE assessment requirements for various attributes such as Durability, NVH and Safety.
Proficiency in Hypermesh
Exposure to automotive interior systems
Perform mid plane, tetra and hexa meshing
Perform quality checks for different profiles such as dyna, Abaqus, Nastran and Mold flow
Clearing Intersection and penetration
Perform interior connection for profiles such as LS Dyna, Abaqus and Nastran
Exposure to automotive CAE meshing (sheet metal / plastics)
