Technical Expertise:

1. Expert in Ansys - Workbench / Classic (APDL), Design Modular/Spaceclaim, Liner & non-linear analysis.
2. Proficient in 2D and 3D meshing of sheet metals and plastics using Altair-Hypermesh.

Required Technical Experience:

1. Ability to understand the physical problem, translate it to an FEA model, and interpreting CAE analysis outcomes to provide design recommendations and solutions.
2. Preprocessing/ FE model preparation using Hypermesh & analysis using Ansys. Candidates should have hands-on experience with implicit analysis projects
3. Experience with material model selection
4. Should have very good knowledge of FEM theory and numerical methods
5. Experience in the selection of element type, mesh size, material properties, element quality check, and selection of the right material models and parameters
6. Experience in interpreting and understanding FEA results, post-processing, and preparing comprehensive analysis reports with design solutions

Responsibilities:

2. Can convert a physical / field problem into a Simulation problem (BC definition) independently. Pro-active knowledge documentation and sharing

3. Preprocessing/ FE model preparation using Hypermesh& perform the packaging simulations, analyze the results, prepare a proper report with appropriate conclusions and suggestions to improve the product performance

4. Good in Result interpretation, may need help in design solutions

5. Handle projects and deliver solutions to stakeholders with support from a mentor

6. Coordinate with different functions and stakeholders for project discussions
